This policy explains how DWARG handles information when you use our website and garage management platform.
Information we process
Account details you provide (name, email, phone, business details), and the business data your garage records in the platform such as customers, vehicles, job cards, estimates, invoices and payments. We also keep technical logs (IP address, browser, activity and audit logs) to secure the service.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, send the notifications you configure, provide support and meet legal obligations. Your garage's business data belongs to your garage and is not sold.
Data isolation and security
Each garage's data is isolated on the server, access is controlled by roles and permissions, passwords are hashed and sensitive credentials are encrypted.
Third-party services
When you enable integrations such as payment gateways, email, SMS or WhatsApp providers, the data required to deliver that message or payment is shared with that provider under their terms.
Your choices
Account owners can update business details, manage users and request export or deletion of their account data. To make a request, email support@dwarg.com.
